Qualification and eligibility
| Qualification / requirements | Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) from HEC-recognized institution. General Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, or municipal services projects. Specific Experience (Minimum 10 Years): Demonstrated expertise in: Design, planning and implementation of water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment systems. Preparation and review of feasibility studies, detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, BOQs and cost estimates. Application of innovative technologies in water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment. Planning and management of public-sector infrastructure projects and coordination with government departments, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders. Preparation and review of PC-Is, technical reports, project proposals and donor-funded project documentation. Construction supervision, quality assurance/quality control, contract administration, measurement and certification of works. |
